Classic Bike Of The Year

Win 1000 Guineas*… and the coverted Classic Bike of the Year 2008 title, in our biggest competition yet! Sponsored by Autoglym.

Classic Bike of the Year 2008 starts here. If you’re restoring a bike you’ve always wanted, are rebuilding your first bike, or are breathing new life into a barn find we want to here from you.

CBOTY is not a concourse competition, so modified, personalised and even plain bonkers bikes are welcome to enter. The best 15 bikes will go through to the final, where they’ll be photographed and ridden before appearing in the January 2009 edition of the magazine. Then the winners will be chosen by you, the CB readers and displayed at the MCN London Motorcycle Show 2009 for all to see!

The lucky winner will receive a cheque for 1000 guineas from CBOTY sponsors Autoglym. All 15 finalists will win a professional and beautifully shot photograph of their bike, as well as a goody bag of brilliant prizes.

So whether you’re near to completing you’re a Velocette KSS, a Norton Commando or a Yamaha FS1-E, get it finished and send your entry in. You could be our winner.

*That works out as £1,050.00 in real money or, in metal, your next restoration project. For ideas, go to CB’s Free Ads section on pg 119
