The MCN Surgery
A new feature to the event, The MCN Surgery will advise you guys on everything you need to know about basic pre-ride checks, and also give you the opportunity to ask those questions you may struggle to find the answers to. Whether you're a novice, experienced or Britain's next star rider, we'll provide as much info as possible to ensure you're safe on the road. Below is a taster of what to expect...
Fluid Level Checks
Engine, front brake, rear brake, anti-freeze, (concentration)
- Battery, cable condition
- Brake operation front and rear (this is where the third bike on the floor comes in)
- Lighting operation, audible warning
Tyre Condition
- Front tread and pressure check, rear tread and pressure check
- Drive chain condition and adjustment
- Suspension and steering checks
We’ll provide hand outs and presentations for the duration of the show, covering everything from chain tension to oil levels.

- Session 1 (Thurs and Fri 11:30am, Sat and Sun 10:00am)
Pre-ride check list
- Session 2 (Thurs and Fri 1:00pm, Sat and Sun 11:30am)
Wheel removal, tyre condition and pressures
- Session 3 (Thurs and Fri 3:30pm, Sat and Sun 1:30pm)
Wheel re-fit, chain condition and tension
- Session 4 (Thurs and Fri 5:00pm, Sat and Sun 3:00pm)
Pre-ride electrical check
The 'doctors' will also be available throughout the day to answer your technical questions.

The MCN London Motorcycle Show wouldn’t be the same without the gorgeous MCN babes. Run the rule over the MCN babe hopefuls who will compete to be crowned 'Babe of the Show'. It’s a rigorous selection process, with the final on Sunday 4th February. Who’s your favourite?

See your favourite biking heroes live on stage or test your skills in our fantastic competitions plus it’s your chance to check out the stunning MCN babes.
It's the biggest biking event in London and the South East, so if you’re a committed biker, used to be a biker or just want to find out more, you simply can’t miss it!
MCNLive! stage...Pitlane challenge...each winner will receive a set of Pirelli tyres and the two quickest times of the show will win a top of the range HQ-1 HJC helmet each!
BSM Try n Ride Sessions
Novice riders who want to ‘Try n Ride’ will be able to come down to the show and book a place on the day to try out learner legal bikes under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
BSM are also offering those who are already familiar with their motorcycles a chance to take part in one of their Ride Outs. All exhibitors will be given the chance to supply bikes, and visitors will be able to choose one to take out on a 20 minute trial! Riders over the age of 21 will be eligible to take part – but get in quickly, as places go fast!
Please remember to bring both parts of your licence and your own motorcycle leathers and helmet.
